Tiento Grégorien

A gentle meditation on the Te Deum, which appears as the secondary theme in the Pedals. The tiento is an imitative form which, in this piece, uses the letters AEEFAGO as its subject. These letters honor Dr. A. Eugene Ellsworth, Fellow of the American Guild of Organists, on the occasion of his 100th birthday. Duration approximately 4’00.
